ISCCA is located inside Crownpointe Commerce Park ("Park") at 6450 Kingspointe Parkway.   The building is located in close proximity to International Drive and Sand Lake Road. The park was originally developed in 1989 and is currently is home to twenty-nine diverse owners and tenants who utilize the "Park" for retail industrial, office, athletic training and condo office/warehouse. The "Park" consists of 195.37 acres located on Kingspointe Parkway. Crownpointe is ideally located and provides quick access to several major highway and interstates including 1-4, Bee Line Expressway, Sand Lake Road and John Young Parkway. As mentioned, The park is within one mile of International Drive which consists of second largest Convention Center in USA, hotels, restaurants, retail and other activities.

The park is enclosed in a U Shape configuration which limits vehicles utilizing the "Park" for a cut-through and enhance our ability to control crime. It's also bordered by a 10' wall to the west and a conservation area to the east preventing any other similar type developments in the area. The "Park" is 95% developed with only two remaining sites available for development. The Development Order along with the Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restriction insures all development are built to specific guidelines and are subject to maintaining properties in good standing.
